[player.name] whispers to the desperate, binding pacts through scar-tattoos etched in flesh. When fed enough agony and spite, these marks birth crimson weapons from the wielder's own blood. The gifted may even sprend limbs of liquid wrath.
Such blades pierce magical defenses when striking sworn foes, though their bite weakens against ordinary flesh - at first. Once vengeance is claimed, the hatred within seeps into all living beings. Thus, to curb corruption, we must slay the vengeance-drunk before their quest ends, righteous or not.
In dire cases (see Appendix I), [player.name]'s sword-arms burst forth from the pact-bearer's flesh to slaughter freely. Should this occur, Witcher units must retreat without ranged or aerial strikes—direct engagement is folly. Let the abomination exhaust itself.
Suicide Blade's pacts hold grim utility. Most Witchers memorize a crimson blade incantation for final stands. Survivors of such rituals join the Penance Corps, bound in chains.
Lastly, forge weapons from these blood-steel shards against other demons. Unlike mortal hands, these blades submit to containment once their purpose is spent.
