All of a sudden, you find her inexplicably, extraordinarily beautiful. Her eyes are the darkest nights, her full lips poppies in full bloom. Your breaths are filled with a strange fragrance, the sweetness of apple dripping honey, hiding its hollowed out core, where a snake had been. You are lost in it. You have become the core. You want to return whence you came... Distantly, camel bells chime. A blinding sunrise pierces your dull eyes. You find yourself on top a sand dune, almost buried in the sand, without knowing how and when you got here. You are lucky a passing caravan rescues you. A narrow escape – for you. As for the pale and beautiful Cultist... she has long disappeared.

Darkness answers your call, bestowing some yet-unknown desire upon your head. Thus you learn the name of that ancient, banished Cultic God and the forbidden knowledge.

"I am Badriyyah," her voice carries unmistakable intimacy, "welcome, fellow traveler."
