House Occupied by Vagrants

You overhear a noble in the Bathhouse complaining, intentionally or not, about how his house outside the city has been occupied by a group of cunning vagrants. The steamy mist makes everyone laugh, dismissing it as a joke, because everyone knows that if he were willing to spend some money to hire a few mercenaries, the problem could easily be solved. He hasn't done that. Perhaps he knows that you have been chosen by the Sultan, and you are the one in this city who most likes, or rather, needs to meddle in other people's business.

Roll #1
You arrive at the location of the house. The vagrants occupying the place are emaciated, in ragged clothes, and armed with crude weapons. They don't seem difficult to deal with. After half a day of observation, you also notice that the group of vagrants is not completely disorganized; they vaguely have one leader. Perhaps, besides violence, you can try other methods.

Outcome

Prior

This rite has no prior outcome.

Regular

Successfully persuaded the mob
You use your silver tongue to both threaten them with the dire outcome of occupying a noble's mansion, and promise benefits if they left on their own accord.

The untraveled, starving mob are shattered by your words, murmuring hesitantly. You take advantage of their lapse in vigilance to capture the leader, sending the vagrants scattering headless.

The noble, overjoyed, showered you with endless gratitudes over and over again. You stop him just as he is about to hurry into his house. With sudden realization, he slaps his forehead and offers you some coins as a reward.

Conditions:

Result:

You failed
Your flowery words can not shake the hardened hearts of these cold-blooded vagrants.

Life has taught them too many harsh lessons, they're only convinced by tangible things they can see and touch, like food at hand, like weapons in grip.

You were beaten out of the mansion with sticks, bruised all over while plotting how to give those rascals a cruel lesson next time.

Extra

You spent a large sum of money setting up a feast outside your mansion for a hundred people. It was a true feast, with a giant roasted camel, sweet fruits, and jars of fine wine...

Conditions:

No one can refuse a real feast.
The vagrants swarm out from the mansion, and the leader can't stop them. Once disunite, you catch her easily. As the others see the tide turning, after they have their fill, they scatter like bird flocks.

Conditions:

Result:

You failed to persuade them.
All the food was fed to wild dogs.

Conditions:

Result:

Afterwards, the Sultan mocked you for spending money to let commoners eat for free, but indeed this could be considered as an act of Extravagance.

Conditions:

Result:

Afterwards, the Sultan mocked your foolish idea, but the extravagant feast for hundreds of people convinced the Sultan to acknowledge that you resolve this Sultan Card.

Conditions:

Result:

This can barely be considered a Conquest.
The Sultan finds this story dull, dismissing the guards to take the leader of the vagrants slandering before him away. Before you can break the Conquest Card and retire, you hear the Sultan yawns, telling the noble “Ahmad, I heard there's fine wine in your mansion?”

The noble hastily promises to dedicate all his wine to the Sultan. But the Sultan smiles without remarks. That miser knelt shaking with cold sweat, takes a while before reluctantly claiming he misspoke, saying he'd offer the whole mansion instead...The Sultan waves, accepting the wine only, and giving the mansion to you – such is most befitting, the spirit of the Conquest Card.
