Enemies

Can the Creator of a world still have enemies? Or rather, who should they take as enemies to pass the long, boring days after the world was made? (or would they be boring? You had no idea—you'd never been a Creator)

Whoever Opposes You Is Your Enemy
You told the future creator god that all who refused its command were enemies: whether a nation, a silent rock, or an ocean that refused to split in two for it.

Any enemy must be made to yield. Those who defy, disbelieve, or disobey shall never be permitted to leave unharmed. Fear is the Sultan's most favored tool of dominion—and the divine is the greatest king of all, the supreme Sultan upon earth.

It listened to your words, looking thoughtful... "Baa... One last question, baa..." As the sheep pondered, its body gradually faded into transparency, much like when the sun broke through the clouds and evaporated them along the way. In the end, They vanished almost completely, leaving only a voice still questioning you...

"The world should have a theme, right, baa? Baa... any interesting themes, baa? Ah, I am a god now... I suppose I can't baa anymore, baa... a little lonely, but... you may kneel before your god and answer."

A rough stone slab appeared beneath your feet, with just enough space for you to kneel.

Only Gods Are Fit to Be Gods' Enemies
You point out that many worthy foes surround you both. Any existing god—or spirit foolishly called a god—could fill the role of enemy. One god needs no reason to oppose another, especially a supreme creator whose power partly comes from old gods!

You describe a brutal war between new and old gods, where angel feathers and demon flesh flew, the land scorched, human spines used to build towers...

It listens to your words, deep in thought...

"Baa... true. They will soon learn I took the power you stole. Baa-baa-baa, I can blame you—baa-ha! But it won't matter. I'll soon be a god. I know other gods! We love war! So... one last question, baa..."

As the sheep ponders, its body gradually grows transparent, just as the sun breaks through the clouds and evaporates them along the way. In time, it fades almost completely, leaving only a voice that still questions you.

Pleasure Is the Enemy of Piety
You told the future creator god that humans were contradictory beings. They craved pleasure yet believed only toil led to virtue; they desired love yet pitied those ruled by it; they drank fine wine yet despised drunkards; they worshipped wealth yet denied it; they exhausted themselves to live longer yet gladly died for trivial reasons.

So the creator's enemy should be all joy. Keep its creations unhappy, and they would unconsciously seek pleasure while patiently enduring life's suffering—that was how the world you once lived in was made.

It listened to your words, deep in thought...

"Baa... makes sense, baa. The last one said something similar, but where did They hear it? Hmm... never having lived as a creature, never suffering under a world... I never thought of this..."

As it thought, its body slowly turned transparent, like the sun burning through clouds until they vanished. Soon They were almost gone, only a voice remaining...

"One last question, baa... the world should have a theme, right, baa? Baa... any interesting themes, baa? Ah, I am a god now... I suppose I can't baa anymore, baa... a little lonely, but... you may kneel before your god and answer."

A rough stone slab appeared beneath your feet, with just enough space to kneel.

You Are Completely Clueless
While you were deep in concentration, Lamblet suddenly ambushed you and knocked you from the clouds. Amid a long, piercing chorus of "Baa-ha-ha-ha", its form ascended to perfection, shrouded in overwhelming divine radiance. You could only watch helplessly, powerless to stop it any longer.
